Terms Of Service

General Use

1. No NSFW (no nudity specifially)2. All communication related to commission work must be done through one of the following: Twitter DM's, or Discord DM's and no more.3. Provide a reasonable amount of reference for the commission, if a sufficient amount is not provided I will work on it based on my own creative liberties and decisions.4. If asking for only the rigging, Provide a PSD file of the artwork in separate layers. Failure to do so will result in additional fees as I will have to separate it myself. I take no responsibility problems occur during this process. (basically it would be a you problem)5. Worktime varies. Generally "Full Rig" may take about 3 or so weeks depending on the complexity![REAL]6. Small and minor changes can be requested during the rigging process, however big changes or additions will result in additional fees. Small changes and revisions may be added free of charge at my discretion after the completion of the model.7. Work is started as soon as a payment goes through.

Payment Terms

1. All payment is done through Paypal invoices or through Ko-fi depending on what items are requested.2. Payment is in USD (United State Dollar)3. Payment is all upfront if the minimum amount $150 USD is being paid for. Anything over the minimum gives the option to pay half upfront and half when the item(s) has been delivered.4. Full Refunds are only accepted in these scenarios:
- I (SakuraAishi) have not started on your commission
- Case by case situations early on when working on the clients commission
- For any reason that would make myself on my end to not be able to work on the commission for an extended period of time
-If I refuse to continue to work on the commission for any reason5. If for any other reason not stated above, I will hold on the item(s) and/or will not continue to work on it until payment is confirmed6. Payment plans are negotiable within reason.7. Client agrees to not issue a chargeback for the commission.

Usage Terms

1. I am allowed to stream the process on my Twitch channel and my medias unless requested otherwise2. I am allowed to use the commissioners item(s) for my portfolio and/or other social media to promote my services unless requested before working on the commission.3. The commissioner MUST credit me for my work in a visible location unless its a private commission.
